You can see it in that screenie. Is it some sort of bug, or does it happen when someone joins but disconnects while loading?

Have you read the report? They never bothered to find the body. They assumed he died in the massive explosion that happened in the direction he was retreating too.

Intill they find body and verify it, he can still be alive.
