Can't load games

Hi
i will be straight forward and just say that everytime I try connect to a game I get stuck on loading screen and the game changes resolution then the game crashes.
what should I do ? :S

Have you ever been able to play a game of Crossfire? If not, it may be your graphics card which may not be compatible with the game.
