1000hz Polling Rate

So Okay i got my new mouse which Unfortunately is wireless so i cant change my polling rate, as the title says its on 1000hz (Roccat Pyra) and my mouse is bit of waving on the game which this happens only on Crossfire cause when i am playing other games like A.V.A its not. Is Anyone Having Solutions? OR aNy Tips so i can atlease improve my game performance cause i dont wanna quit this game i ve spent lot of money,experience and stuff like that so please help and z8 try upgrading crossfire so any issues can be solved.
