My country (Brazil) will have a clean reputation after we play with low ping and buy zp easily.
I'm sorry for hackers, flooders, scammers, but the hackers aren't made by Brazilians most of them are from US Websites.
You euros or North american will change your mind about Brazil after we host World Cup in 2014 and Olympic Games 2016 ;-)
It's Brazilian children GAMERS we hate, not their mature athletes that trained for years and followed all the rules in order to receive the honor of even playing in the event. More Br children should follow their athletes example.
Would Brazil hosting the World cup or Olympics stop the hacking? No, it won't. So our minds won't be changed.
And finally, even tho the hack sites are hosted in the NA, that is no excuse for the hackers to use the hack in the first place. The sites need to be taken down, but in the end its the player that decided to hack. No one forced them, they chose to hack.Aimoperative wrote: »

it's not all about the kids, Our Brazilian community (which is around 30 hundred) there are some guys over 18yo that just act like they want to and keep trolling anyone and anything, even i get ****ed of them somestimes, it's sad but true, the most intelligent and the ones that would work out a better relationship between us just don't play this game, then there are thousands of we-do-what-we-want brazilians that can't stand being killed, that causes hackers, QQers and the raging kicking brazilians that don't even respect their mom, so hey are they going to respect yours? Anyway I believe there is a good solution somehow(instead of banning us all) lol

Guys, I just read the posts until page 5 so i'm sorry if anything that I talk anyone already said from page 5 to 10... and i'm sorry for my english too.
As a brazilian, I don't think that "giving time to the brazilians to change (a part of them)" will solve the problem. This isn't an aspect that is gonna change in one year or two, it's gonna take too much time... more time than anyone would give. If you see, this actions are a direct consequence from the education... while a person from UK would say a thing from using this ilegal programs a person from brazil probably would say a thing totally different, even the ones that have a strong opinion against it. The only thing that annoys me a little bit is that you guys gets so angry with hackers. Personally, I HATE THEM but I hate getting angry with things that aren't so important. I can't say that I don't get a little upset when I see a hacker in my room but what can I do? There are much more important things to worry about a game. Yes, this hackers are ruining the game and making many good players stop playing, but anyway, don't get stressed guys.
Ah, and I would like to ask you one more thing... Please, don't judge a whole country just because of some bad examples. I know that there are many hackers from brazil playing but it's a little bit annoying to see that many of you already have a formed opinion about brazilians just because of some childs on the internet.

BRs don't just have bad rep in CF but in almost all online FPSs

Things like this are everywhere on the Internet, pretty sure it ain't just in FPS games but I don't really play any genre of games much so I wouldn't know... -

Normal implies there is a standard and a baseline that a majority fits to.
In reality people are very different and usually only agree at 1 or 2 points well diverging in the others.
So to keep this short, there is no normality that applies to people as a whole.
Also very few people are willing to admit or reveal behavior that they believe is against the social rules of society, when in fact nearly everyone has something they don't want to share with the public or even close family.
I'm one of those people who doesn't care if people know or not. -
Most of brazilians are what we call 'folgado'. I mean, they want something without moving a finger to get it done. They want everything in a easy way. That's the reason they hack, and that is a problem, for sure.
If this is true, it's the best insight I've heard in regards to why people hack in general. I don't really understand how people can think that running around with an aimbot and not having to move their mouse is fun. Maybe that would be entertaining for like five minutes, but after that, wouldn't you want to try to get legitimately good at the game? IDK how people can do it day after day, and not get BORED at the very least. -
Who cares about our reputation? we'll have our own server now, we don't have to play with QQers from others countrys anymore!
Skill > hack, so if you have some skills hackers won't be a problem!
Skill > hack, to an extent. I can take out 1hitters and speeders, but if I'm getting shot through walls, there's not much I can do. And multiples in one game just makes it impossible to keep a decent KDR. -

now when we in the CF community think of a HACKER we think of a Brazilian. why? because almost EVERY SINGLE time there is a hacker in a room we see his ping, we accuse him. then we hear jajajajajaja "and i dont rack" ..... yet he 1 hits everyone through walls.
YOU guys have earned it, and its up too your own kind too fix it. YOUR the ones that should be calling them noobs, tell them they bring shame too your country, treat them like dirt. eventually they will get the msg, that hacking just isnt cool.
WE as Canadians, or Americans or Europians see a hacker from our own country and we will tease him/her so bad they will stop. nobody is friends with them, nobody talks too them. no clans accept them and they get discouraged from hacking.
we all need too get the msg clear, that hacking wont be tolerated. PERIOD
First of all, blacks in prison and in gangs has a lot to do with poverty and discrimination; they haven't EARNED anything. Don't start blathering on about things that you don't know anything about.
Second part is pretty reasonable though. When people hack in the US, we find ways to get rid of them to make the community better. When BR people hack, people think that the only way to beat them is to join them. You either need a community of hackers or a community of legit players, there's no in-between. Hopefully BR servers will separate the two, and we can keep the legit BR's in US servers. A better solution, however, would be another company licensing CF and making a BR game, and imposing an IP ban on all new accounts so they can't play NA. Otherwise, BR's will just flow over to the NA servers, same as they do now. -

to be honest you BR's you are not so annoying (if you can speak english even basics) BR's have bad reputation for their lag but that gonna be fixed z8 announced a BR server so no problems i guess for you guys...what CF needs? a ban ip for the whole turkey forget the money for the stars turks buy come on save that game if you really care about it z8..

Hahah not so annoying?! I'm brazilian and I think they annoy soooo much. Maybe it's because I understand what they say :S. And talking about lag, I can't do anything sorry... my ping usually is about 150-170 in the NA server. I tried some things to get my ping lower than it but it's too hard. -
Your country earned their bad reputation and it shall never be cleaned.

No country (with internet) is 100% hack free, but Brazil has a lot more hackers then most other countries combined. Nearly every obvious hacker I have seen has 150+ ping, only a few have lower.
But that is not the only reason why their disliked.
It's the hack accusing, foreign swearing and insulting, kick abusing, and the hack defending that makes most players hate them.
I've only seen around a dozen or so players from Brazil that don't do any of those, but a couple dozen is a drop in the bucket compared to the HUNDREDS of BR players I do see doing these things daily.
If most of the BRs didn't do these things then they be treated equally from other players, but the majority of them rather behave the way they do instead. I'm not saying your one of them, but the majority of them are making it clear that they don't care about fair play at all.
Like many other people have said before:
BRAZIL EARNED ITS REPUTATION AND INFAMY IN ONLINE GAMES.
