cant open it after the ip restriction system

I was playing fine and left it few days

then came back to find it updated to that weird ip restriction system
and so am opening it normally from g4 cf box.exe and pressing start
it opens patcher_cf and then update finished, then nothing


opened it again and here what I got



any solution ? " btw am running it as admin ... win7 ultimate "
