Check your anti virus. This could have been caused by the AV system kicking in for a scan while you were playing.

I re-opened CF and it's all good (for now..)
And Saidin, there's nothing wrong with my anti virus, never got any problems with it.

If you are using mumble, the error will show up after some time.

Apparently xtrap thinks that mumble is a cheat.
