Hey,I want know how can i quit black list in rival factions?

After the mission is complete, it will allow you pull a fast one on your own faction and switch over. The mission for July isn't over yet, for some reason.

So its mean i cant quit a side,because i dont wanna be in a global risk or black list.

Not like you're forced to participate in the event.

You get a ribbon for being on a team and get free prizes from time to time.
