Failed to download version.ini

After pressing start, this message box shows up:Failed to download version.ini

I already tried uninstall and downloading again. .. many times
I don't know what to do. please help

also, the web page does not load if u start crossfire when to press start, or register. that screen
I appreciate it if you comment something what's helpful for us all
