My country (Brazil) will have a clean reputation after we play with low ping and buy zp easily.
I'm sorry for hackers, flooders, scammers, but the hackers aren't made by Brazilians most of them are from US Websites.
You euros or North american will change your mind about Brazil after we host World Cup in 2014 and Olympic Games 2016 ;-) -
