Because Z8 is restricting connections to their game servers according to their licensing (as well as this being required by Smilegate, the game developers). Croatia is not covered by their agreement.

So, no, Croatia can't become green. If you have an existing account, it will continue to be able to be used. Enjoy.

because z8 games wants to stop hackers. but they didnt realiced that the hackers are on the green zones..
and Z8games will also lose much money cause of that!

No, because Z8 does not have the legal right now to allow those players to go on Z8s server BECAUSE another gaming company has the license for a CF version there.
