Double Crossed !!!!

On July 26 Saidin first announced the IP restriction plans, here is a quote from that announcement

"Soon, Cross Fire services under Z8games will be restricting newly created accounts made through IP addresses outside our North American and UK regions from accessing the game."

But on the map it shows that ,South America, Africa, Australlia, Greenland, parts of the Middle East, Asia, and Asia Minor,(looks like Mongolia ,hard to say from the map ) are still able to create new accounts.

All of these are outside the North American and UK regions i`m confused now, not to mention disappointed .
