It's simply a joke for NA players.
Go ahead, IP restrict every other place that try to access the UK servers(besides Egypt which is a joke in itself) but do nothing for the NA servers. Sure, a SA server is on it's way, but if it's not by the next patch, then they should be IP restricted for the time being.
It was pointed out that the first announcement for the IP restriction stated that accounts cannot be created outside of the NA and UK. Obviously misleading.
I've officially lost faith in this game actually improving for NA players. Even with a SA server in place, they'll flock to all NA servers, just to cheat for ****s and giggles. Thankfully I won't be playing this game much. -
Brazil's getting their own server; if their IQ is even close to average, they will play there. The massive, "BRAZILIAN SERVER" will lure them there. If you don't like it? Too bad, they're customers as well. Brazilians will most likely not play in NA servers because of the lag [over 200 ping] they will experience compared to the nice 20 that they will get in Brazil.

The future is the future; of course I know that. I just know it's coming, and that Brazilians are still easy to destroy with my ping advantage. Seriously, I've been pulling off 4 to 7 KDR full days recently because of how much of a ping advantage I have over some of these players.But you see, that's the problem... Their IQ isn't even close to average.
Show me proof. What you think, and what they actually do is different. Have you ever heard of Brazooka? Probably the best Brazilian to ever even touch this game. -

Nevermind, I'm not into this discussion regarding BR in this game. I've been used to them and they always make me laugh, especially when I kill them and they reply aff, that always kill me, lol,

Those "Clueless dumbasses" Are children at internet cafes. That stuff is MASSIVE in Brazil. Thats where kids hang out in Brazil. According to some BR sources.

So you're comparing your personal experience with Brazilians to a professionally conducted test in which has been proven many times to be coherent with intelligence and common sense. You do realize that the IQ test is more accurate than an opinion. -

Once again, an opinion based on the language barrier. If English was the only language in the world, and everybody could communicate themselves fully to one another, you wouldn't get the, "aff" or the "gringo" from Brazilians. They would say something along the lines of vulgarity. They can't communicate with you. They're young teens. How are they supposed to know English? It's not like every humans has to know every language. You'd probably have to have the brain capacity of Newton, Einstein, and George Washington to do that.
Sure, they call cheats on you. I get called cheats on every game, by Americans, by Canadians, it's common sense. People see somebody better than them; they assume cheats. You obviously haven't seen an ESL or a WOGL match that went wrong. The disputes are sillier than half of the arguments that people are posing today. -

Who gives a flying sh1t about those bs tests. I'm talking about this game and it's players. My opinion? It's not just MY opinion. It's obvious that the majority of the NA players playing this game hates BRs. I don't give a sh1t about the *numbers.* Take a look around and play in pubs for a bit. You will find some NA player raging about a BR tanking or being stupid in almost every room. -
