i got haked and still no help

ive been posting this since a couple of months ago. my acc got haked by someone idk how. i even talked to the guy that haked it and i took a screen shot of him admitting he haked it but still when i put a support ticket i still didnt get my acc back! i spent over $500 on that acc and i want it back. i submitted replays and screen shots and all the info i had. help me z8! i didnt spend all this money just to lose my acc

bro just wait a while and let them look over your ticket if it is not answered in 3 days submit it again and wait 3 more days sooner or later u will be helped but make sure u supply all the correct info
including the security question for your account thats the most important be patient
