It's impossible to play! i want my money back!
Hello good people,
I can't enter a room without a hacker.. there's always, or someone with wallhack, or someone who shot through wall, whatever.
Even in UK4, that should have less hackers, there's no room that havent one!
I play this game since 2009 and all i have seen is that, month after month, the number of hackers are increasing!
I bought zp at time, so i can be a more active player, but i feel cheated, all my effort was in vain!
I feel sick everytime i enter a room and there's a hacker, and z8 does nothing! i report like 20 players, back then, and some of them are still playing, and theirs acc are active, others change name and play like nothing have happen!
All i have seen is that z8 made patch with new toys! anti-cheat stuff? not even seen! improvements? no.. all we have is the kick system! where if you play good and make a cool score like 20-10, what you get? a kick from the room.
Sorry my outflow, but i'm tired, and i'm thinking leaving this game!

Hackers will always be in free to play fps games. Also, going off the thread title, you won't get your money back. there are no refunds unless you clicked the wrong one and haven't used it and send a ticket in wishing to correct your choice. But even then i don't think it happens often.
EDIT: Z8 doesn't manage XTrap so go complain to XTrap. -

yea have been post to many times, but if one complain, they do nothing, if 2 complain, they do nothing, if 100000 complain, maybe they start to think doing something
why don't z8 recrut more gm to watch all the replays and ban the users? and give compensation in gp or zp? i bet that is a lot of players that would do that! -

if you do, please share it with us, or sell it too xtrap and make lots of money.

this is at least an attempt to block more hackers so yea we're going to kiss ass right now because there are hackers in every free game yes the quantity of them in this game is high because it has lower requirements which mean people can play this on a lot of varying computers. -

I guess I'm spoiled or arrogant in thinking that the proximate cause is the one with the burden of repayment. Z8/G4Box/NeoWiz/Smilegate are providers in some part of a gaming experience. That is it. Your decision to purchase ZP in a free to play game is not theirs to make. They did not require it of you. You could play months on end without spending a dime. I didn't buy ZP until I made Lieutenant.
Your problem does not lie with them.
Your problem is with the people who write these cheats, and those who use them. They are the proximate cause of your distress. Go bother them for a while. -
yea, i imagine the false bans, not everyone could do gm stuff, but if they complain that are few gm, why not recrut? esl does it! i just think that its nivel of hackers are getting to a point where is impossible to play normally.
^^partly tru..look at how "formal" esl is compared to our "free gaming world" we play everyday..they are special XD..i dont have any problems killing the hacks unless they are the noobish 1hitters or respawn killers but what p!sses me off now is that they are ruining not only my legit unfarmed kd, as well as others, but they are screwing up the missions as well..just a thought -
