How to display some letters when chatting with others in crossfire?

Sometimes when I was typing Chinese, some letters could not be displayed normally and what it displayed was empty space

nothing posting there.
A stronge told me that I needed to download some updates to resolve this kind of problem..
Is it really some update or tools that I can download and solve the undisplay letters' problems?

Maybe what he said was a fake story...........
Because some clans' name cannot display normally in the game as in the website.

You know there is a Chinese version of Crossfire right?
Properly downloading, installing, and utilizing that versions updates may solve your problem.

I assume you must be using a Chinese character keyboard with the correct hardware drivers installed?

Chinese Version of Crossfire?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It runs by other Company which is called “Tencent"（腾讯）。
It is no longer belonged to Z8games Company.......
Plus, they do not have that amount of hac,kers playing around.... X_X
Because some of the clan name and what people typing in Chinese IN THE CROSSFIRE Game cannot be displayed normally. And i ask this kind of nonsense question.....
Most of the time the word I TYPED In displayed with space or another letters.......The sentence or the name do not make sense..
When I want to chat in games with Chinese, I can only typed in Traditional Han（繁体中文） instead of Simplified Chinese(简体中文)。 OK, I admire that MAY make people more confuse...... - -!
One more.....The Chinese version of Crossfire is more up-to-date than Z8's.....Which is true....
