Anyway, he was right in one thing. The accounts are the property of Z8games, you cannot trade\sell\buy any accounts because they are in fact not yours.

Your best bet would be to rank up your alt account and create another clan until you get back your main if you got enough evidence to prove that it in fact is yours and that it has been hacked.
