when i start the game xtrap opens and when it start loading it says recv /xtrapva.dll (0kb/unknown) and freezez and then a message appears and says code-field [10-0300-800c000b-104] the access to xtrap patch server is unstable or xtrap update wasnt able to run properly

1. Try uninstalling the game, reinstall it, then load it.
2. Try closing xtrap manually by going to your Task Manager and closing the process / process tree. Then restart the game.
