crossfire help win7

hello, i'm using windows7 ultimate 32bit and i just downloaded and installed crossfire and after registering i entered game and it's saying to enter my nickname(i pressed check and it got stuck no function) after 9tried i created my nickname.. then i had to buy something so i've chosen swat and pressed buy and i got to other screen so i selected swat again i got to buy screen and i pressed buy it got gray and was imposible to press it and now i don't know what to do i go in game i go out of the game i can't buy i can't do anything so please help me..
