So, since I got some exp and now know more about the maps etc and got some scrims and draft on, im now looking for a serious team to step it up

Im 19, got vent, mumble and a mic.
im looking for a serious team that scrims daily, and is attempting leagues.
What im looking in a team is: chemistry, talent, be serious when we scrims, no baby crying if we loose a round ( come the next round stronger ), fun when we aint scrimming.
A mature team is a must.
Since esl is up, im not looking for a roster spot right away, more like joining a team, getting chem on and getting on the roster for next season if im a fit.
