S&W 625 Fully Suppressed
Anyone want a silenced revolver? Here is one! It is called a PSDR-3, it is a S&W 625 fully suppressed made for Germany's SWAT team. It fires a .45 ACP, so it's weaker than the .44 Magnum, but it probably could fly more farther in range.

Nice find, BaychiDa. It's power would likely be similar to that of the Mk.23. So, the advantage of a suppressor is compensated by cutting the ammo at hand in half. Which sounds like a fair compensation. On top of that, the reload time is going to be really slow as well, considering you have to completely open up the sides of the gun to reach the cylinder.
