GM/Mods help please.

Okay, so first of all.. i usually purchase zp through my phone (zong). But when i enter my service provider + my phone number, zong tells me that it's sending me a pin and needs confirmation. THIS PIN SENDING TAKES FOREVER. Can someone please help?

PS: If this is the wrong place to do it, please move it to the right place. I've also asked my friends and they have the same problem; so i don't think support would be much help.

you probably need to send in support ticket.

p/s they dont work on weekends.

but um..zong =/= z8? And Mods don't work on weekends too? I thought it was just GMs

mods do "work" on weekend or whenever they get on. Since they just volunteer for z8, they're on randomly.

Moderators also cannot help with the site or payment issues you may encounter, we can (personally) only do things on the forum.

You're saying that the pin sending takes forever? So that means you're still getting the pin or not?
You could try using a different mobile service if that one isn't working.

Are there any disadvantages (aka sly business tricks) for this form of payment?

I'm not getting the pin. Zong is telling me it's being sent and it's saying "sending", but i never receive anything. Also, i already tried my other phone which is a different service provider. The only conclusion that i came across is that zong doesn't operate on weekends; since i usually charge it during the weekdays and it works. I don't know.

GM/Mods help please.
