I understand Brazilians have high pings, but they have 150-200, usually.
Who would have 400+?
Even if they had crap internets, they would have, at most, about 220.
I've known BRs with bad I-nets, so I know thats about where they are.
So, is there a server problem or something, which I highly doubt, considering I'm the same, with my 50-90 ping, cuz the servers hate me and make my ping everywhere... -

you dont realize how bad 3rd world bad internet can be, especially at an internet cafe

considering I've never seen a 400+, steady, pinger, I don't think it was "just their lag". Something really must be up. I logged on earlier today, and everything was fine, aside from the usual laggers(120+) and hackers...
But all of the sudden, they're all 400+, and a few 150+ "normal" laggers... -
Then it means you're lagging. Either you have a very bad internet provider or someone is slowing down your internet. ie Downloading, watching movies, etc.

FYI, my ping was around 50 for the last 3 years. It is not my connection. If you are paying attention, you should get that lots of people are experiencing UNusual high pingers. -

Unfortunately you don't understand that connections aren't permanent onto a constant rate. There can be disconnects and lagging. -

I just played a game with 380ish ping on egypt tdm and people couldn't kill me at all.
I'd go into their base several time without dying for a while. It looked like the only people who would do dmg were those with 200+ ping too. One time a nade hit me so I had 3 hp and I still made it inside their base and ran around a while lol.
This ping is better than armor + helmet. -

Like I said it could be a big internet provider that connects a lot of people/countries could be doing maintanence which could cause this... but most maintanence causes people to lose service. -
