Out of luck with ole Crossfire again, aww. Luckily, there is always a bright side to the situation! I have launched Foyerhead beta. It is a blog designed to help you in many ways. Since it looks like I've got your attention, I mean you actually took a look at this thread, I'll continue.
THE WEAPON LOCKER
This is our gun review section, we have every detail you every want, and more. We provide tips and tricks on how to handle the gun, name a few Masters of it, feed you the best optimized range and maps for this gun. A very concrete rating out of ten. Finally finishing off with a video of a pro utilizing the gun, ending with us giving off our last smart remark.
Map Defragment
This will include a deep analyzation of the maps, including best sniper spots, tips for riflers from yours truely, and some hot spots that you might want to take in the near future. There will also be a spot for some tips and tricks for each team, and you can always post a comment for something you want to add.
This segment gets behind the brains of the people who created Crossfire. There will be an interview for saiden up soon, and we are looking forward to hearing who you want to hear more of, so please feel free to post underneath to nominate someone who you want to see IN THE SPOTLIGHT.

What section do you want to help with? What is your motive in helping us? How often can you post? How much will you advertise this blog? Can you do any videos for the weapon locker or Map Defragment?

OK NEW INTERPRETATION, BLITZ AND MOCH BOTH MAKE THE M4 SOUND QUIETER.
I tried this weapon before and although the recoil claims to be low and weight seems to be light,
I quite enjoy holding conversations with my guns while they explain to me how they have low recoil. I also heft my virtual gun that I point at my screen while going PEW PEW PEW. -

I especially enjoy the ideas exchanged by both my primary and secondary weapons. They normally have alternate viewpoints, however they can both seem to agree that people who don't know what they're talking about should shut the **** up.
Wanna get in game and have a roundtable discussion with these bad boys? I have to warn you, my frag grenade just seems to yell a lot, I think he's bipolar. -

I dunno my flash is on her monthly period. She screams a lot and just loves to bounce of the corners of walls while screaming about how men are useless, but if you are up for it we can totally do this. My M4 is pretty chill right now. Though he seems to be weighing a bit. Probably all those extra portions of ammo I've been feeding him. -

We're not using it as an actual "firing mode" it's more like, the best ways to shoot the weapon. Obviously with most to all weapons you can single,burst or full auto but for some, not so much...
To Everyone Else:
So I guess we're morons who have no clue about a game that we've been playing for 2+ years.... If you have any words of wisdom with the reviews we have, go ahead and say them and we will filter and add them onto the reviews. We will also place them in quotes so you will get credit for the logical and helpful words.
All we're trying to do is make CF a little more fun and more helpful for the new players. SO yes sometimes the vocabulary and the wording might be idiotic or at a 1st grade reading style but only for the new players who have no clue what to get, how to fight on the maps and so-on.
So um yeah sorry for trying to help people out... -

The M4 is not a 4 shot kill. There is a Damage Guide sticked in the Guide's section, as well as a damage spreadsheet linked to from a stickied guide in the Guides section.
I'm not here to do your research for you. If you can't even check the most obvious place to look for that, then It's a waste of my time to try and correct everything on your ****. I might as well make my own if I was doing that. -
Look, to the writers of this "blog," I'd reccomend you heed these words.
At this point, you do not have the knowledge of CrossFire or the experience of writing in order to start a venture such as this. Although it is encouraging to see people attempting to assist the community in some way, shape, or form, the fact is that you are not "qualified" enough to handle a project such as this.
What I WOULD reccomend you do is start a much less formal blog, possibly just a series of posts on the Z8 forums, that are based around expressing your own opinions about the game. This way you get a large amount of experience in writing, and are able to devlope your own style, as well as feedback about your opinions on the game, and much more experience with discussion the game itself. -

Ok.. I didn't write that blog letting ya know... So I can fix that to be more accurate.
Also, I haven't mentioned anyone by name who the "pros" are for weapons. I've always tried to stay un-biased and giving as accurate a description as I possibly can with my reviews. Not to say that there aren't any mentioning of people being "pros" on the blog but just saying that I haven't wrote those blogs.
Like I said all we're trying to do is help out the community which from what you said, you're not willing to do anyways...
You're slamming us like we're trying to doom the newer players when we're trying to help them... We always want feedback and comments on making the reviews more helpful (as seen in the first post of this thread)... You need to do alot more research before even considering doing something like this. Get facts, not assumptions or by how it feels.
Improve your writing skills... drastically. Check if words exist... made sure its all gramtically correct. Read it over and have someone else read it over to make sure it makes sense and looks professional.
I do weapon reviews and get the exact amount of damage each shot does at various ranges and spots of the body. Spray tests and gameplay which ended up featured on Crossfires Facebook and XFire pages.
I have the 2 new weapons lined up already when I get back to my pc and after my left arm heals up. It got cut pretty badly.

Glad that you want people to help out the community...
Not so glad that you're not willing to do anything about it other than stating the information is in-accurate generally rather than tuning up the blogs.
I'm trying to make it so most to all of the information on the site are from experienced players such as yourself...
I don't want to make opinionated reviews about weapons here since all that will happen to those threads will end up in the endless sea of old posts.
I'd rather have a review that could use more work on a site where it is always current and easy to reach and improve on the content rather than having just another thread on z8games that will for the most part would be flamed and trolled on. Just advertizing the dang site alone on the forums ended up with people slamming it...
