Change Email Address

I am trying to change my email address, because the one that is written as my email account was a DELETED GMAIL ACCOUNT mail. I no longer use that email and I deleted it a long time ago. There is no recovery for it.

I have provided Z8 support with all the previous 3 transaction IDs of clickandbuy and they still don't allow me to change the email address. Please process this complain and give it consideration. I'm one of the oldest players on Z8 and have made quite popular guides and now they treat me like a "not the original owner".

What the **** is this security concern? I have been trying to change my email since 2009, and they tell me I'm not the original owner of the account? Damn!

  • Well they need the Security question to confirm that your ACTUALLY the owner of this account. If they don't have security questions then accounts would be easily hacked and it will be impossible to recover.
  • Send a Support Ticket via the support tab located near the top of this screen.

    Know your security Questions, explain the situation, give actual undeniable proof that you are the original owner of the account. Saying, "it's really me, I deleted my original e-mail account" is not close to being good enough.

    I already sent them the 3 last invoices of clickandbuy in PDF format. They tell me that they want the transaction IDs of "DigitalbayI" which there is no way to discover. I pay through clickandbuy and not DigitalbayI even if clickandbuy completes the transaction through DigitalbayI.

    The invoices include all the information they need. In regards to the security question I don't remember it at all, because it was 2 years ago, and at that time I did not give good attention to it, I didnt think that crossfire was going to be that much fun that I'll keep playing it forever.

    Is there a hacker who is going to ask for email address change for 2 years? Some common sense is needed to avoid look like being ******ed.

    > At the bottom you'll need to provide your security answer and change the e-mail.

    Transaction ID's are sent to the e-mail of your choice when you buy ZP.
    You should know it's important and take more care of them.
