For $40, hell no.
Make sure you have at least 3GB RAM, first and foremost.
If so, try either: GeForce 8400 or GeForce 9400.
Make sure you've got the right specs and requirements needed for each GPU, though.
If you're willing to spend a little higher, you could go for a GTX series card. -

Is $40 the maximum you are willing to spend? -

Would there be a difference between the 5670 and 5750, and how much fps difference about would it make?

I have the ATI 4200 hd and get about 50-70 in a 8v8 and about 90-100 in less than 4v4, so you wouldn't get any better with that gfx card IMO. I would suggest getting more RAM for your computer because you'd be suprised how much more performance you can get by just doing that. -

Any ideas on good video cards that is better than, Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430?
You're gonna have to upgrade that PSU to at least 550w if you're wanting a decent GPU. I'm presuming this is a pre-built, check your motherboard has a full PCI-E x16 slot, preferably a 2.0Would there be a difference between the 5670 and 5750, and how much fps difference about would it make?

The 5750's quite a casual GPU, though it'll still output noticeably more fps than a 5670. If you're not willing to OC, I'd just pay extra and buy the 5770.
