Gun broken after game-reload, CF fcked up with me...

Report from my Contact history with support:

"Hello.
At 7:15 AM GMT+1 today I have got SG552 from GP-crate. I was playing with it 1 hour. I destroyed SG for like 500gp. I quit the game and rejoined. This SG552 is now fully destroyed. How is this possible? Can you fix it?

Reply from Support (after 3 days):

"We are sorry but all temporary item weapons from blackmarket would not be repaired automatically when you won them.

This means that if your weapons which you won from blackmarket have been equipped and played a period of time and broke, then they expired. After that, when you win them from some crates, they would be kept broken, you have to repair them by yourself using GP."

I hate these automatic replys. Its not the first time. For example with M4A1 or K2 from GP-crates I have no problems. And they didnt even respond to my question! WTH... So many cheaters these days. And now this...

    It not being repaired by magic isn't a bug and it's not suposed to happen

    Well this is the truth.
    If you get gp using temporar weapons by breaking them, wait a day, a month, a year, they won't be repaired, because once you got your gp from them.

    I do know this! But I didnt get any money! I used to get M4 from crate and play with it until I destroy it. And it earns me 10.000GP. I dont repair it, I just get another weapon from other crates.... And the M4 disappears after 7 days.
    BUT if I get a weapon and it is destroyed cause of a BUG, I dont get any money! If I want to play with it, I have to pay that 2.500 for SG. And its not fair...Its stealing...

    Fully destroyed M4A1 costs 10.000 gp to repair. So if I dont repair it, I earned 10.000GP (after like 6 days of playing). K2 is 10k as well. SL, SG are 2.500 each.

    Z8Games has to worry about making the game playable and patching hacks and crap....
    You think a bugged SG552 is going to take interest for them now? They have other things to do than listening to children.

    I know its possible to replenish health of a weapon. They just have to want to. And not to give me automatic nonsense answer to my complain.
    Yes, its better to patch hacks and work on anticheat developement. But results are visible only like 1-2 days after patch... Then new cheats appear again.
    This new ip-ban announcement looks great, but ...

    All this threat is about customer care. About no customer care...
