Clan Server

When me or anyone is my clan tries to join a channel in the clan server (we can connect into the server fine), it comes up as "channel full" even if there are hardly any people in the channel. After this it then says your account is already logged in or along the lines of that and crossfire will close out. We can all play on normal servers and channels with no problem. Can anyone help out/know what to do?
