A) You cannot buy the GSG9 character with GP.
If you were one of the accounts that exchanged dogtags and received a bugged amount of GP and then subsequently used that GP to buy items. Then your account was rolled back aprox 12-24 hours to before you received the bugged GP.
Subsequently removing all items from that account which were purchased with that GP.
