You need to level up till you reach the "Sergeant" rank before you can purchase any Z8 Points. There are no way to purchase Z8 Points if you are below that certain rank.

Wrong. You can deposit ZP by way of pre-paid cards such as ultimate game cards as soon as you make your account.
