Weapons are used

I’ve won 3 weapons (for 7 days) from black market (GP boxes), but the weapons are used. Two of them are on very end, and third is1/3 used. Can you fix that, and what’s the cause off this problem? I thought my account was hacked, but my GP is the same as before (no excess money because weapons were not repaired.).

Maybe you had those weapons before but you broke em >.> Now that they appearing again..it will be broken

LOL ….No I got them today and I know what weapons I had before! Now I’m mad because 3 weapons mean at least 2000GP for each lost.
