I can't apply on a clan :O

Hi there, I wanted to apply on a clan,
I clicked on 'Apply' I wrote my application but when I want to submit it, it sends me to this page

I have the required rank to apply on a clan... Please help me with this problem.

first of all see first if you are in clan :O so u can't apply in clan

second see ur rank if it can join a clan ?

third see if any one of the LT or the leader can help you to join a clan
