The game doesnt starts :(

Hello guys, I need help with the loading error. I'll describe what I did when before the error appeared. So lets go.

1. I've downloaded the game from the official site.
2. I've installed the game.
3. [Here it goes]I've launched the game.
4. The XTrap + HGW launchers have appeared.
5. 2 of them are getting updated/installed [I don't know what that was ;P].
6. Both of them came to the end [fully updated/installed]
7. XTrap disappeared.
8. HGW disappeared.

That's all, nothing appears after this what I've described earlier.
What have I did to fix it?:
1. Reinstalled 2 times.
2. Trying to launch it in all systems which were in this option. [Don't know why there wasnt a Vista or 7 o0]
3. Disabling Firewall + Antivirus.
4. Adding the exceptions to Firewall + Antivirus.
5. Rebooting PC after installing it.

My system is Windows XP.
