Game doesn't recognize my keyboard buttons

Appearently without cause, I can't use the buttons "space bar" (= jump) or "shift" (= walk slowly) during any kind of battle or tutorial. The game simply doesn't recognize that I'm actually pushing those buttons, and my character keep walking as always and doesn't jump.

The buttons aren't broken, because I can actually use them while I'm texting or during any other internet session. If this can be useful to understand what it's going wrong, I've got Windows Seven.

I can't complete the basic tutorial and also can't fight without jumping, so it's pretty annoying. I tried to solve the problem restarting the tutorial several times, disabling the Caps Lock or something like this, but it never worked. I hope someone can tell me what is going wrong with it.

    I have this problem too, some computers don't have the 'English (US)', or the keyboard image where you can change it, or you can manually change it in Control Panel, but sometimes it can yet change back.

    If you can't jump, or walk sometimes - You need to go to your Options (while in-game, eitherwise it won't work) and reset your Walk/Slow Key, and Jump Key with the same keys. It should say something else then 'Space', or 'Shift', but when you press the key to activate it again, it will work.

    There is another solution, but it's really annoying. You can press, and hold CTRL + Shift, and keep pressing them at the same time at a large rate, meaning pressing it very fast about 10 times, but then sometimes it doesn't work.

    I just started playing the game and it happens also to me. But if I change in online options the keyboard settings, 3 min later the game crashes with the information "hack was detected".
    Can you help me with this? If not... 3 in 3 min i must login again or... simply cant jump...

    I have a similar problem but I do not grab the tab key which is what gives the scores with that someone help me please?
