Gameguard thinks I hack....

Well im running windows 7 32-bit. Downloaded a fix for the game so it works. After about so say 30 mins. Gameguard kicks me out thinking I hack. All I did was the gameguard.des file fix. Well this is the only time it kicked me out. Im just hoping it doesn't do it again, otherwise that could get irritating. My main question is, is this happening to anyone else at this moment? Or is just me?
