Need some kind of software. Help

Short and sweet, my school network blocks me from getting unto CF, so I cant play. If I turn on Hotspot shield, then I can play because it scrambles the IP or something. But then my ping goes through the roof... Is there any program like Hotspot shield, but without the excessive ping.

By the by, for any smart-alecs that say, "wait till you go home and play", I live at my school, so I have to somehow bypass this block.
