yeah, it's bullshit.
I phoned them today and said my router is upstairs, but when we first put it up there we had 2.49 mbps not what I have now, he was like "Oh, nothing we can do about that.. have you tried resetting it?" ...
then I find out he was copying sections of the online help section, in order too!
for some reason it's gone up to 1.71 now, lol...
