It is legal because you aren't gambling money. ZP is a virtual currency provided by Z8games. You are merely preforming a currency conversion when you buy ZP. Gambling laws only effect real life currencies, ZP is not one such currency, you are essentially buying a service and therefore not really gambling anything. It is also why when you buy ZP you aren't actually a customer.
To the person above me you are wrong, it has nothing to do with being hosted in Canada or the fact you buy ZP first, it is because of what ZP is.

In casinos, you buy chips with real money to play games like poker, roulette etc. In CF, ZP is essentially the "chips" of gambling in BM. That doesn't make it legal, does it?
And yes CF is hosted in Canada but I am sure there's no law that allows small kids to gamble. -

Mods would argue that it's not gambling when they come and that you're always guaranteed a prized for using the BM. -
No ked, because what you are buying in a casino is a physical currency, it merely acts as an indicator of how much money you have, if you have a 20 dollar chip that is 20 dollars, but when you buy ZP you can't turn ZP into a different currency. In other words you aren't gambling because there is no monetary return.

Shady is correct, gambling requires loss. While the BM may not give you what you want, you have a 100% chance of winning something. There is almost no risk involved. Also, you can use GP to spin crates as well and never spend a dime on the game. You get the same results: Either you win the best item in the crate or you get something else. You will never go away empty handed. With gambling in a casino, you pay money and have a great risk of not winning anything at all.

i agree cause i get points to get weapons and items in the game so when i win i win weapon or item not real money so its not gambling at all !
