You would need your account creation date from the initial email they sent you. You would need your security answers. Screen shots of any purchases you made on the account. Things of that nature.
Usually if you open the ticket, the staff will guide you through the process. It is important, though, that you provide the email info and those security details in the support ticket. No one here can help you, and you don't want anyone here to know those details. -
