I want to get a straight answer on this one
Ok,so i got one question for all of you mods and admins,i report daily and i save my history so i can check what happens with the users that i have reported... for the last few months,not one of the reported hackers has been banned,they are still playing regulary as i can see from they last play date,so tell me pls,how come no one is banned? am i the one who is stupid here and dont know a speed hack or a wall shooter when i see one? why should we take the time and the effort to do ur stupid reports when ur not even gonna look at them and punish the hack users? yea ur under staffed and under payed bla bla bla,well if ur report system is too much for you then just remove it and be done with it,either way its the same,ur just giving people the illusion of justice but ur not providing the service that you promised.

so what good does that do if they are still playing and still hacking? cause ive seen some of them in game still using the same hacks as before.... They got their ribbon taken away??? Oh my God,someone please call the International Red Cross we gotta help them get back on their feet! ;-)

SO many people send reports each day its hard to get to all of them. That and yo have to think of how many of those are false reports, which wastes everyones time. When they get to it, they will permanently ban the person if they were found to be hacking. Just have to be patient.

Simple answer, The team that reviews the replays is only a handful of people and there is THOUSANDS of hack reports a day. They have to go through all those reports, chances are they're back logged for months. -

Ok,i knew that allready,i will get back to you in a few weeks or months,i hope at least half of the reports that I am monitoring will be dealt with ;-) -
No, don't send them in again... That's spam and that's what is going to slow down the support from reviewing the replays. I've sent in I believe a total of 20 reports and about 50% of them have been fixed by now. So just be pacient.
Example: 100 cheaters out of 1000 gamers. Let's say that only 200 report at all. Now let's average that every day these players report 10 cheaters per day. Chances are that the same cheater could be reported 10 or more times in a month's time. So once the support finally bans the cheater from the 1st report, then all the other one's are spam which would have to be deleted.
Then bring in the false reports that are sent in daily by 300 other players who don't understand that people are better than them. Let's say they report 5 times a week. With that combined with the true reports, you have almost 4,000 reports in a short amount of time.
Now you would say "not that many report that much every day." Well at this point it doesn't matter because the community here is larger and this has been going on for at least a year already. -

Yet nothing has happend.
