Conflict between 1.6 & CF?

I have recently moved back to 1.6 competitive for a while just to see how things are, problem is in the mean time it has messed with CF severely. I'm guessing its just Reforce thats messing it up so if I change settings back to default every time I want to play CF it should fix it I think? But anyways, the problem is my screen thinks its full screen but is actually stuck in windowed. Any ideas on how to fix this?

(PS: The game does go full screen if I change the game to my native desktop res of 10 by 7)
