A Simple Comparison among AR70, QBZ95, SCAR and XM8
Finally I won a Beretta AR-70 last night and I tried it for a whole night (and my boyfriend got really angry with that, haha). Before this, I found Norinco QBZ-95 and FN Scar-Light are very similar and they were my favorites. A few months earlier I got a HK XM8-Adv but I seldom use it. According to these two GP guns and two GP crate guns, which one will be my new honey? I wish this simple review can help you too.

I'm not a pro so I cannot always make one-hit head-shots. Mostly I shoot at chest or waist instead of head. In this case I'm depended on the power. In long range single shooting accuracy is also important, especially when I try to shoot against a sniper. In close range single or continues shooting the accuracy does not matter.
For long range single shooting I think Norinco QBZ-95 is the best. It never lets me down. Beretta AR-70 is a little bit more powerful but not as accurate as I expected. I'm disappointed about its accuracy in games. Although FN Scar-Light is a bit powerless, it is still above average. It is very easy to control because of its super high accuracy. HK XM8-Adv has very high accuracy too. But I don't like it during long range shooting because it is too powerless.

Fire rate along does not tell the whole story. I think a good fire rate is useless if the recoil is high. Unfortunately the most automatic Norinco QBZ-95 and HK XM8-Adv have terrible recoil. XM8-Adv sucks, but I still like QBZ-95 for its power. On the other hand FN Scar-Light is super cool. Its low recoil with fairly good fire rate helped me a lot in continues shooting. Beretta AR-70 is slow, but I can use it in the same way I use QBZ-95 due to its power.

My playing style varies because of weight, ammunition and reloading speed. If it is heavy and it reloads slowly, I prefer to stay at home and make long range shooting. Otherwise I prefer running and shooting at the front line.
FN Scar-Light is lighter and its reloading speed is the fastest. Due to its very high accuracy it is super cool in both long range and close range. Beretta AR-70 is heavier and its reloading speed is the slowest. However its ammunition makes it useful in both ranges. I don't rush with Norince QBZ-95 because its normal ammunition and relatively slow reloading speed. And it is heavy too. HK XM-8 Adv is good at this point, but for other reasons I don't like it.

The conclusion? You be the judge.
Beretta AR-70, Norinco QBZ-95 and FN Scar-Light are all great for me. Now I put AR-70 in my bag 1 to show off that I win it ^_^. If not for this reason, I may prefer QBZ-95 because it is powerful and mostly balanced. Since somebody says that Scar-Light is a noob gun, I suggest that QBZ-95 is even noober. Additionally, I don't like HK XM8-Adv at all. I'm totally disappointed with it. However, some pros use it very well. The skill is still the most important.

the xm8 is just a nice gun, but you'll need to know it hella well to do well with it.
the scar light is an almost OP gun, it's still overpowering other assault rifles but it has a slooow recoil recovering, so, you'll have to be at least precise otherwise you'll find yourself spraying that gun (wich actually can be done without much of a hassle...)
the QBZ-95 is just a underused gun, it's power is extremely high for it's recoil, what messes up with the players who use it is it's recoil pattern, wich is ankwardly diagonal.
about the beretta, i find it to be a recoilless ak-47, since it has an extremely high power fot it's recoil, but be advised, it has recoil, so you'll need to learn how to deal with it, IMO it's easier to tame than the ak-47 .-. -
You are right. But this is the only way for me to show a graphic comparison.
or you could use real stats that you can get from testing out guns in the game and make graphs, it would work very well. if you want the stats check out my stickied gun guide:

Yeah the gun stats are really off, I wish they would be more precise.
XM8 has full wall bang which makes it a strong contender regardless of some of it's weak points. Wall bang means that if you shoot through a box and hit someone it does full damage while most other rifles have reduced damage. (If you didn't know that)
