I don't know about the education you had until now but you need to show good manners here. In your next posts, try to ask and thank for the replies. You are nothing here and nobody has the duty to reply your clumsy post.


Regarding your problem, if Z8 replied your ticket, read what they wrote. If the ticket was not closed yet, you can write again and request for more help in the same ticket.
If the ticket was closed, send a new one and try to write a understandable English. There are chances they didn't understand your previous request. If you cannot write, ask for help to a friend that can write in English.

I know what is a "boleto", it is not a ticket, it's a payment billet.
I am a Brazilian and like other nice Brazilian guys here I am trying to show that there isn't only hackers in Brazil but some nice people too. Writing in the proper language of the forum is a beginning.
