Went to check my profile today. Noticed that my Honorable Soldier ribbon has disappeared.

I have NEVER hacked, or been banned at all. Except for the one time where I charged back.

It was still there even weeks after that had happened.

So with respect, what the F*** is going on?

My team mate has a ribbons bug too, cause he has 2.0 ribbon and he K/D is not 2.0, and others.

You have never been banned in-game for any reason (this includes bans for account investigations aswell)

If you don't receive the ZP, theres no loss on their end and you shouldn't lose the ribbon.

As soon as you receive ZP without paying for it, your account has to be locked since you got something that doesn't belong to you, and you're very likely to spend it.

Are you really that angry over just 1 little ribbon? Z8Games gives plenty of opportunities to get ribbons lmao. 1 Ribbon isn't going to change a thing. But yeah, you had a chargeback. Thats going to take away your honorable soldier ribbon.

A lot of people are now using the honorable soldier ribbon as something you need to have to enter tournaments and things like that.

You also need it for the Crossfire Olympics that's going to be hosted soon. (I think)

Last you they said, you wouldn't need it but your account does have to be 1 year old though.
