They are offered in these packages as a way to promote WCG and give players in NA and Canada an opportunity to try the guns and get used to them so they know what to expect in the fall.

They also don't need to be repaired either, which is a bonus for the time that you're playing with them.
The Package section being added to the mall also gives us an opportunity to create and sell packages that previously could only be done through the web mall.

the wcg guns are exactly the same as the wem guns
This is a correct statement. The reason being that the WEM and WCG guns are basically the weapons from the other versions. Our version's weapons are altered, and changed from the other versions. You can call it being unbalanced, I just call it unique.
Because our version is different, it would be much harder to ask the numerous versions there to adapt to our weapons, therefore we must adapt to theirs. The only difference between WCG and WEM weapons are that they have different sprays on them. The weapons are exactly the same as their own counterpoints on any other given version [preferably the original one]. The only thing you're buying is a taste of other version's guns and a nice little spray on it.
