Socket Error :W[2000] L[10053]

Hey i am having some problems here. When i load up the crossfire start page and press start everything is fine...until HGWC (the hack shield thing) gets to about 64% then it gives me this error code. Socket Error :W[2000] L[10053]
If anyone knows how to fix this or is experiencing the same thing please let me know.
