There is something wrong with my game ;/ check this!

Hey guys, i have to solve 1 problem.
Exacly : When i try to enter any channel or room there is jumping out window with connecting etc. normaly it takes a while and u're in a room, but not with me, the loading window isnt hiding and i cant do anything expect exit the game with alt+ctrl+delete ;o same happening when after game im trying to click back to lobby arrow, the game stop up and i cant do anything. Also i dont see what other people write at pm or game chat. I've set the defalut options but it didnt help. I've got win xp 32bit, quite good internet connection, smth like 50-70 ping ingame and above 200 fpses, and im playing at eu servers. Any solution for that ? Guys help me if u can.
