So bad. Just don't play gm. -

No you don't!
Everybody has different sound options/EQ/soundcards/headphones etc!
Just because you can hear someone from 10 feet away doesn't mean I can't hear people from 30 feet away
So ya: No hack just headphones
But really a hacker in GM is obvious to spot just check how the play and notice things that headphone don't do like uhhhhh watch the wall 24/7 -
well you explained it a little better than time although you said he hs you with m9.. clearly there are other hacks at work there seems m9 isnt a 1 shot hs kill....if i run near the 2nd floor and im close to raid their base by taking the left side of the 2nd floor going to B thats not the spawn and an aimbot kills everyone (from the other team) even before they can move.
And just because they can kill everyone before they leave spawn doesnt mean they will

Nice to meet a decent ghostmode player. You pretty much pointed out the truth. Recently I tried to show some friends how I pinpoint in public game. However they didn't see a single second when I had to do it...funny thread. in pubs i do the most kills without even pinpointing. running ghosts, failing bhops, bhopping away in a straight line, shooting at teammates in open areas <- works for most noobs. have you ever played against good gm players? you will wonder, how fast you are dead and how bad your bhop and tactics is!
@Xcelled194
Your post really looks like you are a noob. If you knew what is possible in ghost mode, you wouldn't believe it even if you would see it with your own eyes.
Fact is:
It is possible to spot ghost over a distance of ~15m maybe 20m exactly. Breathdown reduces the distance to 6m - 7m.
Well, when you know certain bugs then 50m is easy. I didn't test the exact distance but maybe 100m is the absolute maximum. I think they didn't fix it, yet.
Before I forget it:
Playing with equalizers does not make sense at all. Normally players end up using a higher sound level at all and this makes them think that it works better. The following screenshots will tell you why:
Breath:
Entire match:
The main frequencies in both cases are the same... -
another thing that makes me lol, is when someone can pinpoint absolutely perfect in front of them, like the most amazing PP you have ever seen, and then they cannot PP at all from behind.
xD
What makes me lol even more is when someone comes from behind me and I turn and kill them and they go "aff racker..." I'll respond with something like: "I can totally see from behind me." o.o -

That's what I said. However, as a programmer myself who has dealt with game sounds, I know certain things are impossible to do with headphones and a legit client. If you take offense, that's fine, it's not my problem. But are you getting mad because you feel insulted or because you think I'm actually right...Fact is:
It is possible to spot ghost over a distance of ~15m maybe 20m exactly.
On lost relics, I can see a ghost crouch walking into B from A and shoot him in the head with an M4. I know that ghosts can be seen far away. -
well well lol
well the only people i know who could pull off as i hope you said "30 feet away insta headshots onh crouching ghost" are the ones with the 2 to 300 dollar headphones or better known as DJ's! well now now ive only seen one DJ who could hear across the whole map on laboratory that could insta headshot and hear your breath from any distance but yes i applaud you. and btw when they cant speak english and say that... -

The cut off point for breath is 23-24 in game meters (My clan used the bomb as a measurement because it tells you how far away it is) and the cut off for breath down is 12-13 in game meters.
Still for most ghost I don't need to PP at all, the closet I get to needing it is hearing them coming up behind me (usually their footsteps). Most ghost run or do the same thing every round making them easy to beat. -
ghosts, even with low breathe, made a lot of ANOTHER noises. they tend to move. they tend to use shovel/axe/knife even when there are no enemies near them (maybe they are bored) - and this can be hearable from high distance, especially when is silence. and, most of them stand in common places: windows, stairs, ramps.
yes, i ALWAYS use headphones and i usually can pinpoint ghosts without problem, excepting good hoppers and/or very high/low pingers. -
I dont hak but I can pinpoint very well
I hate QQers like you who say pinpointers hak. My personal record for ghost mode GR side is 40 and 0, just because i can hear breathing doesnt mean i hak. I get kiked from 70% of GM games because of noobs who think i hak. It is unfair that i get kiked just because i have the ability to pinpoint. I think you should get good at GM or go home and let the pros play
