Santa hat

Last xmas, I spinned alots of those santa hat/rudolph helmet crates.
Before I won the rudolph helmet I got 4 santa hats.
But always when I won santa hat it got deleted, cuz I already had one.
So im wondering should I make support ticket to get all my 3 santa hats back, because I have 6 thommys too and they arent deleted ^^, so why my santa hats are deleted?

Now I have just 1 =(.

I also heard GM's can check my every crate win, so they can see im not bullsh*tting.

I was a nub back then, I realized it just now

One of my clan members said, " I wish I had a santa hat"
Then I told I have one.. Then it came to my mind that I really had 4 of them.

I did them for coupons and didnt want santa hats or rudolph helmet. Now I have them and I also want to keep them.

With idiot I mean: If you got them already last year, why should you get them again?
