Missed rewards!!!!

Hi. 5 minutes ago i was finished my badge. When i advanced to elite, description is it rewards blue "fire" and 30k gp. I wasn't get gp. Only blue fire after advance . How can i get my missed reward?

Also when i try to make daily mission it stuck in 46/35 frags in castle.

Last but not least, when i watched reward for crossfire tags, there was over 9.000.000.000 gp in this reward...
