Can't play

Okay so I've gotten one of my problems fixed. But this is way too ironic for me this barley happens to me everytime I install it always works fine no problems but this just annoys me to the bottom.

I get this after about 40 or 36% when it's loading the login.

It may look normal but when it all closes the process still runs and shows me a big big start bar and like a small screen and shows half of the icons on my background. and it's ****ing me off how do i fix this?
